Welcome to Hidden Private Spa. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, luxurious and safe environment where every guest can relax and enjoy a private wellness experience.

By making a reservation, entering our premises or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to comply with the applicable provisions.

These terms are intended to protect the safety, hygiene, privacy and comfort of our guests and staff.

1. General House Rules

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, except in the designated bar area.
• Always follow the instructions provided by our staff and the signs displayed throughout the premises.
• Treat other guests, staff members and our facilities with respect.
• Running, pushing, diving, rough play and other unsafe behaviour are prohibited.
• Walk carefully at all times, as floors and surfaces may be wet and slippery.
• Glassware and other breakable glass objects are not permitted in the spa facilities.
• Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas.
• Bringing your own food and beverages onto the premises is not permitted.
• Guests must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs in a way that impairs their judgement, coordination or ability to use the facilities safely. Guests who are under the influence are not permitted to use the facilities.
• Children are only permitted in accordance with Hidden Private Spa’s applicable age restrictions and supervision policy.
• Behaviour that disturbs the peace, safety, hygiene or privacy of other guests is not permitted.
• Accidents, injuries, damage or unsafe situations must be reported to a staff member immediately.

In the event of a violation of these house rules or behaviour that endangers the safety of guests or staff, Hidden Private Spa may discontinue access to a facility or ask the guest to leave the premises, subject to applicable law.

2. Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds

To ensure proper planning and availability of our private wellness facilities, Hidden Private Spa applies the following cancellation policy.

2.1 Cancellation within the required notice period

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation start time.

2.2 Cancellation within 48 hours

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation start time, the amount paid for the reservation will generally not be refunded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2.3 Failure to attend (no-show)

If a guest fails to arrive at the reserved time without cancelling within the required notice period, the amount paid will generally not be refunded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2.4 How to cancel

Cancellations must be submitted through the official communication channel used by Hidden Private Spa for reservations. Guests are responsible for submitting their cancellation request within the required time frame.

2.5 Cancellation confirmation

Guests are advised to retain confirmation of their cancellation request. If there is any uncertainty regarding receipt of the request, guests should contact Hidden Private Spa.

2.6 Cancellation by Hidden Private Spa

If Hidden Private Spa cancels a reservation or is unable to provide a booked facility, we will work with the guest to find an appropriate solution, such as rescheduling the reservation or, where applicable, issuing a refund.

2.7 Legal exceptions

This cancellation policy will be applied in accordance with applicable law. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood this cancellation policy.

3. Health & Personal Responsibility

Our wellness facilities involve exposure to heat, cold, water and changes in body temperature. These experiences may not be suitable for everyone.

• Each guest is responsible for assessing whether their health allows them to use the relevant facilities.
• Guests with medical conditions, pregnant guests, guests taking medication that may affect circulation or temperature regulation, or anyone with health concerns are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the facilities.
• Do not use the facilities if you have a fever, feel unwell, experience dizziness or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Always follow the posted time limits, temperature guidance and instructions provided by our staff.
• Leave the relevant facility immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, chest pain, unusual pain, confusion or any other concerning symptoms.
• Stay hydrated, take breaks when necessary and do not exceed your personal physical limits.
• Inform our staff of any relevant health or safety concerns before beginning your session.

All guests must use the facilities responsibly and stop immediately if continued use may be unsafe.

4. Sauna & Hammam

• Follow the recommended session duration and all posted instructions.
• Use a towel as instructed.
• Do not touch hot surfaces, sauna heaters or steam outlets.
• Do not pour water, oils or other substances onto the sauna heater unless expressly permitted by a staff member.
• Exercise caution when entering and exiting, as floors may be slippery.
• Leave the sauna or hammam immediately if you feel dizzy, overheated or unwell.
• Never use the facilities for longer than your body can tolerate.

5. Magnesium Jacuzzi & Floating Bath

• Shower before entering the water.
• Enter and exit the bath slowly and carefully.
• Running, jumping, diving and rough play are prohibited.
• Do not use the facilities if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or cannot enter and exit safely.
• Do not use the bath if you have an open wound, a potentially contagious skin condition or a medical condition that makes immersion unsafe.
• Follow all instructions regarding hygiene, water use and maximum occupancy.
• Do not submerge your head if doing so could compromise your safety.
• Never deliberately hold your breath underwater as a challenge.
• Report any unusual water conditions or equipment problems to a staff member immediately.

6. Cold Plunge

Cold-water immersion can cause sudden changes in breathing, heart rate and blood pressure and may pose health risks to certain individuals.

• Use the cold plunge only if you consider yourself medically fit to do so, and remain within your personal limits.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, circulation problems, a history of fainting or any other condition that may increase your risk.
• Do not use the cold plunge after consuming alcohol or recreational drugs.
• Enter and exit slowly. Jumping and diving are prohibited.
• Do not submerge your head or deliberately hold your breath underwater.
• Never use the cold plunge alone when supervision is required by the posted safety instructions.
• Follow all posted time limits and instructions provided by our staff.
• Exit the cold plunge immediately if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, confusion, numbness or other unusual symptoms.

You are never required to remain in cold water longer than you feel comfortable or able to tolerate safely.

7. Bags, Valuables & Personal Belongings

To maintain peace, hygiene and safety within our private spa, bags are not permitted inside the spa facilities.

• Handbags, backpacks and other bags must be left in the designated storage area at reception upon arrival.
• Hidden Private Spa provides a designated storage area at reception for guests’ bags.
• Each guest will receive a small basket in which essential personal items, such as a mobile phone, wallet and other necessary belongings, may be carried into the private spa.
• Avoid bringing unnecessary valuables onto the premises.
• Lost or misplaced belongings must be reported to reception as soon as possible.

Hidden Private Spa will exercise reasonable care when storing bags entrusted to the designated reception storage area. Any liability for loss, theft or damage will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

8. Parking & Vehicle Security

Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk, subject to applicable law.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are properly locked.
• Do not leave valuables visible inside your vehicle.
• CCTV surveillance is present in and around the Hidden Private Spa premises for security and safety purposes.
• The presence of CCTV does not guarantee that theft, damage or other incidents will be prevented.
• Any incident involving a parked vehicle should be reported to our staff as soon as possible.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for which Hidden Private Spa is responsible under applicable law.

9. Accidents, Injuries & Liability

The use of spa and wellness facilities involves certain risks, including slips, falls, burns, overheating, cold-related reactions, water-related incidents and other potential injuries.

By using our facilities, guests agree to:

• Follow all safety rules and instructions.
• Use the facilities responsibly and within their personal physical limits.
• Inform our staff of relevant health or safety risks when necessary for safe use of the facilities.
• Stop using any facility immediately if concerning symptoms occur or continued use may be unsafe.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hidden Private Spa shall not be liable for loss, injury or damage arising from the inherent risks of using wellness facilities, improper use of the facilities, failure to follow safety instructions or the actions of other guests, insofar as such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Guests may be held responsible, subject to applicable law, for damage to the premises, equipment or other property caused by intentional, reckless or negligent conduct.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit legal liability, consumer rights or other rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Staff Instructions & Refusal or Termination of Access

To maintain a safe, hygienic and peaceful environment, Hidden Private Spa reserves the right to restrict or discontinue access to a facility when:

• A guest fails to follow the house rules or safety instructions.
• A guest is unable to use a facility safely.
• A guest’s behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other guests or staff.
• A guest behaves in a threatening, aggressive or seriously disruptive manner.
• A facility must be temporarily closed or restricted for maintenance, hygiene or safety reasons.

Where reasonably possible, our staff will explain the reason for such a decision.

Decisions to discontinue access will be made in accordance with applicable law and the applicable reservation and refund policy.

11. CCTV Surveillance & Privacy

CCTV surveillance is present in designated areas in and around the premises for safety and security purposes.

• CCTV is used for legitimate safety and security purposes.
• The use of cameras and the processing of personal data are subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
• Access to CCTV recordings, retention periods and any disclosure of recordings to third parties are handled in accordance with applicable law.
• Cameras are not intended to compromise guests’ privacy in areas where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as changing rooms, toilets and shower areas.

12. Guest Acknowledgement

By signing below, I acknowledge and confirm that:

• I have read and understood the general terms and conditions, house rules and safety guidelines.
• I agree to comply with the house rules, posted instructions and directions provided by staff.
• I understand that using the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, floating bath and cold plunge may involve certain health and safety risks.
• I am responsible for using the facilities responsibly and within my personal limits and for reporting relevant safety concerns.
• I have read and understood the cancellation policy and acknowledge that cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation start time to be eligible for a possible refund, subject to applicable law.
• I understand that this acknowledgement does not waive any legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
